Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our team in Proposal Development.

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing proposals for all parts of the business, working closely with Pursuit Teams and Technical Bid Managers to ensure high-quality submissions.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Presentation, as well as experience in editing and producing proposals, statements of qualifications, reports, pre-qualifications, or presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposal development from capture planning to final submission.
  • Collaborate with Pursuit Teams to build bid plans and schedules.
  • Review and edit proposal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage document production and delivery via PDF format.
  • Support Client Development needs across all sectors and countries.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement of the Manila Shared Services Team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Presentation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, editing, and production.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration, or Engineering-related field.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under multiple tight deadlines and respond to last-minute requests.
