Job Title: Business Proposal Specialist

An accomplished business professional is needed to develop and execute winning proposals that drive client success. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with sales professionals and proposal managers to create compelling responses to commercial and public sector RFx/tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage proposal plans, templates, and content, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Review RFxs, identify win themes, and develop effective strategies to capture client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content, meeting brand standards and RFx requirements.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, proposal managers, and technology partners.
  • Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates to enhance team efficiency and response quality.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably with APMP certification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of developing successful proposals, driving client satisfaction, and achieving business growth.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with proposal software, such as Responsive or equivalent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working on remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
