About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EOI/Proposal Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of activities during proposal preparation, compiling and editing EOIs/Proposals, and reviewing documents prepared by others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless flow of activities during proposal preparation.
  • Compile and edit EOIs/Proposals, including technical content.
  • Review documents prepared by others, including CVs and PDSs.
  • Determine the scope and timeline of EOI/Proposal development.
  • Coordinate with others during proposal preparation.
  • Develop knowledge of the business, its products and services.
  • Maintain a repository for document storage and reference materials.
  • Update project experience tables and matrices.
  • Build up a photo library for use in proposal text.
  • Develop desktop publishing capability for proposal covers and other materials.
  • Keep parties informed on proposal progress, status, and outcome.
  • Prepare reports on win/loss ratios and other performance metrics.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years solid experience in preparing proposals for infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in SMEC procedures and systems is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, especially written English grammar, spelling & vocabulary.
  • Knowledge of best practices in EOI/Proposal development.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Team and action oriented; proactive in prioritizing own work load.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to deliver work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and graphics software.
