Recruitment Administrator

The RealPage, Inc. team requires an HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources Service Center (HRSC). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Shared Service team with administrative tasks, partnering with Recruiters to complete offer letters, and providing candidate support on an as-needed basis.
Job Description
- Complete and route external and internal offer letters according to policy.
- Submit background checks, I-9, and E-Verify requests for external hires and internals.
- Review and escalate background check results to manager and legal as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking records for new hires and internal moves.
- Support the HRSC email inbox by responding to inquiries from Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers.
- Assist with requisition creation & validation as required.
- Support ad-hoc reporting & data analysis as needed.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Administrative Assistant, HR Shared Service or Human Resources Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative/Coordinator roles.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Human Capital Management Systems.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work a Graveyard Shift (8 am-5 pm CST).
- Must possess strong English fluency skills, both written and verbal (requirement to complete language testing).
