Key Role: Sales Loan Application Specialist

Job Description:

As a Sales Loan Application Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products, conducting thorough needs assessments, and recommending suitable loan solutions. Your role will involve offering personalized guidance to prospective borrowers throughout the application process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels to present cash and personal loan products.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine client financial requirements.
  • Clearly explain loan terms, conditions, and options to prospective borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, verifying accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
