Auto Finance Solutions Expert

As a Loan Specialist, you play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions. Key responsibilities include structuring loans, pitching optional coverages to borrowers, and managing the loan process.
You will interact with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored auto finance and refinance options, and facilitate the loan application process from start to finish.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to determine their requirements and offer suitable auto finance and refinance options.
- Loan Processing: Coordinate the loan application process, ensuring accurate completion and submission of all required documentation.
- Daily tasks involve 60+ outbound phone calls, 3-5 hours of talk time including texting and emails.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers.
