  • Lead high-performing solution teams focused on fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments.
  • Optimize sales processes, implement best practices, and enhance client experience through enablement tools and training programs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for key clients, build strong relationships, and ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.
  • Provide performance insights, strategic updates, and regulatory compliance assurance to the executive team.

  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.
  • Strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends.
  • Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling.
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Skilled in sales process optimization, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
