Senior Learning Experience Designer with Tech Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead our instructional design initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that drive knowledge and skills development within our community.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in designing learner-centered training programs and developing related materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Collaborate across teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment; track and report learning initiative results up to 90 days after implementation.
  • Learning Experience Design: Conduct robust learning needs analysis; determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants; define and design effective strategies for learning needs.
  • Project Management: Create, track, and maintain project plans; manage projects by working closely with SMEs and project team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices.
Technical Skills
  • Technology literate; understanding of functionalities of courseware authoring tools.
