Job Overview

BroadPath seeks an expert Strategic Analytics Leader to spearhead data-driven transformation. This role combines strategic thinking with technical expertise, ensuring accurate KPI definition, reliable delivery, and actionable outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cross-functional process assessments using data analytics and value-stream mapping techniques.
  • Design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks that integrate people, data, technology, and controls.
  • Foster change through Kaizen/DMAIC workshops, converting decisions into actionable plans, and maintaining progress logs until benefits are realized.
  • Maintain the enterprise playbook with audit-ready evidence.
  • Communicate complex information effectively and collaborate to build live-linked dashboards and presentation decks.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills.
  • Able to model data, validate metrics, and work with large/complex datasets.
  • Proven experience in defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release gates and change control.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Reporting/Analytics Operations or Process Excellence.
