A strategic opportunity to shape business outcomes awaits. As a Digital Energy Business Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying market-driven offers that meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Outcomes: Lead the performance of digital energy offers, including financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Analyze business performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Offer Lifecycle Management: Own the development and launch of marketing 4P plans and offer competency enhancement in regional teams. Manage offers to excellence throughout their product lifecycle.
  • Market Engagement: Drive business growth through tailored market engagement strategies for countries and hero offers. Gain a deep understanding of markets and outperform competitors.
  • Process Optimization: Master solutions knowledge and effectively manage stakeholders. Simplify and optimize internal processes.
  • SERVICES Growth: Support Accelerate services & recurring revenues. Grow services with modernization and competitor's installed base conversion. Outpace core business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Electrical Engineering or Science an advantage)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in marketing, sales management, services, or business development capacity.
  • Skills:
    • Results-oriented with proven business growth track records.
    • Knowledge of electro-intensive segments.
    • Understanding of Schneider Electric Ecosystem.
    • Curiosity and learning agility.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Teamwork mindset and stakeholder management.
    • Ability to adapt and make decisions under pressure.
    • Time management and attention to detail.
