Business Offer Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Offer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth of the Digital Energy portfolio and services in the East Asia zone.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment of marketing 4P methodology and grow the business strategy. This includes deploying digital energy solutions, simplifying internal processes, and growing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the Digital Energy portfolio in the East Asia zone.
  • Marketing 4P: Operationalize marketing 4P across all aspects of the Digital Energy business, including product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, country teams, and global teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Electrical Engineering or Science an advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in a marketing, sales management, services, or business development capacity.
  • Skills: Results-oriented with experience managing profit and loss, with a proven business growth track record. Experience in Sales and knowledge of electro-intensive segments, Power & Grid, Energies & Chemicals, Semicon, Data Centers, Buildings, Real Estate, Healthcare, etc.
