Agency Sales Head Role

This role is responsible for managing agency operations and governance, ensuring quality recruitment, and developing leaders nationwide to support agency growth strategies.

  • Driving activation and productivity within agencies, collaborating with assigned agency partners.
  • Enabling agency leaders to drive activation and supporting leader development through business reviews.
  • Partnering for quality recruitment, including business opportunity programs, and driving expansion with agency partners.
  • Facilitating orientations and coaching agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career paths.
  • Overseeing agency operations, such as team meetings, to communicate company policies, incentives, campaigns, and performance updates.
  • Coaching agencies on leveraging HMO offerings for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Providing feedback to other teams based on observations and agency input.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
