Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolio
  • Analyze and endorse proposals to immediate superior based on approved limits
  • Recommend pricing, benefits packages, etc. to ensure closure/renewal of account
Educational Requirements
  • College graduate of 4- or 5-year course in Business Management or Medical Allied Course
Experience And Training
  • 1 to 2 years experience in sales
  • Experience in HMO / Insurance industry is an advantage
Skills And Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, time management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
