Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team player to support our internal operations. This role will enable the legal team to focus on strategic initiatives.

This is a remote opportunity, ideal for someone who is self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a dispersed team.

About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of our internal operations. This includes managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the legal team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. You should also be comfortable using technology to manage tasks, communicate with the team, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the legal team by managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to task management, meeting notes, and project updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
  • Proven track record of increasing efficiency and productivity through process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
