We're looking for an entry-level professional to join our team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure that facility tasks are completed efficiently.

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities in the office. This includes working with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats.

Job Description

This role involves working with various stakeholders to collect information reports on performance and progress status. You will also be responsible for filing work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

You will need to monitor activities outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling. This requires following instructions, short correspondence, and memos while asking clarifying questions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Able to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
