Accounting Specialist

A seasoned professional responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and declarations of income for individuals and companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review personal income tax returns, including employees, business schedules, and rental properties.
  • Manage income declaration from all sources.
  • Input dividends, distributions, and associated franking credits.
  • Input allowable deductions.
  • Prepare business schedules and reconcile income and expenses.
  • Prepare rental schedules, including depreciation.
  • Prepare motor vehicle schedules.
  • Analyze capital gains on asset disposal.
  • Review financial statements, tax returns, and instalment activity statements.
  • Compile monthly management reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • Professional License (Passed Board License Exam).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in cloud accounting software such as Xero.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
  • Dynamic personality and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
