As a Hotel Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to hotel bookings. Your role will involve assisting customers with reservations, cancellations, and special requests.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) and have previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
