Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site inspections, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and booking records
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Banquets, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
- Monitor and track sales targets, performance metrics, and promotional campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with hotel standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel sales or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
