Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate, organized reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounts receivable, payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledgeable in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
