Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage client finances, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and reports.
- Key responsibilities:
- Track and manage client expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, professional experience in utilizing QuickBooks software, and knowledge of other accounting software. A CPA license is preferred but not required.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including five paid vacation days per year, a 5% raise per year guaranteed, and fully-paid healthcare benefits after two months of full-time employment. Compensation range: $45,000 - $165,000 per year.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliation, and taxes.
- Knowledge in US GAAP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
