Seeking an experienced financial operations specialist to maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly financial statements, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive bookkeeping for a fast-growing online business
- Handle multi-channel online sales accounting across platforms
- Prepare monthly financial statements and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Lead monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and process optimization
- 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with strong GAAP principles understanding
- Prior eCommerce client experience - essential for working with online retail businesses
- Solid grasp of inventory accounting, amortization, and cost recognition methodologies
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data into actionable business insights
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial work
