Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Description:

We seek a meticulous and proactive accounting professional to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate, finance, or multi-entity environments and be proficient with Yardi and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and categorize transactions across multiple entities
  • Maintain general ledgers and prepare account reconciliations
  • Manage bank activity and process payments and disbursements
  • Reconcile corporate credit card activity and monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with entity-level financial statement preparation and monthly close procedures
  • Support other members of the accounting team with cross-functional initiatives
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with timely and accurate financial data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
