Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support in invoicing and billing processes by maintaining accurate client and vendor records.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of various US tax forms, such as sales tax and 1099s.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US taxation basics, proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work is essential for this role. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also crucial.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and supporting the company's financial operations. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as providing timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
