Responsibilities
  • Transcription: Accurately capture key points during live or recorded calls.
  • Call Preparation: Organize daily call lists and agendas to ensure smooth client interactions.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting schedules, including adjustments, cancellations, and time zone considerations.
  • Report Management: Compile insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Virtual File Management: Maintain organized and accessible virtual files.
  • Administrative Support: Efficiently manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks.

  • Technical Setup:
