
Operations Team Assistant

We are seeking a diligent professional to join our team as an Operations Team Member. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly client reports, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Compile weekly employee time tracking and capacity reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support monthly reporting for clients and leadership, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct daily timesheet compliance checks across the team, promoting accountability and efficiency.
- Perform system audits for accuracy, ensuring seamless task categorisation in project management tools.
- Assist with client and employee onboarding processes, fostering smooth transitions and effective collaboration.
- Track and update team leave and availability, maintaining a clear understanding of staffing levels.
- Maintain organised internal files, folders, and creative assets, ensuring easy access to essential resources.
- Update and manage team templates across platforms, enhancing consistency and productivity.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with project management tools, particularly Wrike or similar software.
- Background in marketing or creative agency environments, demonstrating adaptability and innovative thinking.
- Comfort with reporting or operational dashboards, showcasing analytical and problem-solving abilities.
