Our organization seeks a skilled professional to take on the role of Creative Innovator. As a key member of our team, this individual will be responsible for creating impactful short-form content and driving conversions through direct-response advertising.

The ideal candidate combines strong video editing skills with a strategist's eye for virality, storytelling, and audience engagement. This includes crafting engaging hooks and captions optimized for direct response and conversions, managing outreach to creators for user-generated content collaborations, and generating viral video concepts that align with cultural trends and values.

  • Edit raw customer video assets into multiple viral-style short-form ads (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads)
  • Craft compelling narratives and captions optimized for direct response and conversions
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies for UGC (user-generated content) collaborations
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in short-form content, competitor ads, and best practices for engagement
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate editing, ideation, and content production
  • Collaborate with our founder to refine our creative strategy and scale winning ad concepts
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in creating high-performing short-form viral content (TikTok, Reels, YT Shorts, Facebook Ads)
  • Strong video editing skills (experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of direct-response marketing principles, particularly in ad copy, hooks, and storytelling for conversions
  • Familiarity with creator/UGC outreach and management
  • Able to use AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output
  • Initiative to test new ideas and optimize results
  • A deep understanding of the importance of impact and alignment with our organization's goals
  • A strong instinct for what makes content engaging, shareable, and high-performing
  • Ability to scale from strategy to execution and manage multiple projects
