Job Description:

As a pioneering GenAI Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to craft compelling digital content. This is an exceptional opportunity to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation while collaborating with a talented team of professionals.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality, high-performing ads that resonate with regional enterprise clients using the Pencil platform. Your expertise will be invaluable in exploring and expanding techniques to overcome perceived creative limitations, inspiring a team with creative solutions day-to-day, and delivering impact for our clients.

Key responsibilities include writing, researching, and conceptualizing innovative content that showcases GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process. You will work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution, setting tone and driving creativity while ensuring creative excellence.

Maintaining awareness of trending topics and news is essential to identify content opportunities, and you will collaborate with the Training team to explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques. Additionally, you will work with our teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience writing for digital agencies
  • A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums
  • Able to use data and insight to inform creative
  • Flair for words and ability to think conceptually when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material into engaging stories and content
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients
  • Self-motivated, working with little supervision
  • Collaborative team player, open-minded, and non-political
  • Discrete about confidential information
