Job Title: Digital Creative Lead

This role involves overseeing the development of digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories.

Responsibilities
  • Develop consistent and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality digital assets for organic/paid social, CRM, and display channels.
  • Leverage conceptual thinking to create innovative digital ideas.
  • Design engaging digital storyboards and animations as needed.
  • Ensure seamless execution across various digital marketing platforms.
  • Prioritize workflow and manage projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality digital design work.
  • Maintain global brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage idea exploration.
  • Evaluate and maintain high standards for digital work released to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years experience in a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating credibility in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong skills in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking and strong creative instincts.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
