We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to manage and maintain the financial records of our clients.

  • This role involves utilizing QuickBooks Online for financial management, bank reconciliations, and generating detailed financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate postings of accounting figures and financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • At least 8 consecutive months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
