Accounting Expert Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a family office regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as an experienced Accounting Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Chairman's private interests and investments while working closely with the Accounting Manager based in Johor Bahru.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in accounting, attention to detail, and integrity. You will also have experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual who can maintain accurate records of investment portfolios, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure timely consolidation of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of investment portfolios and oversee all related accounting entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the family office and related entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of accounts, including investment vehicles, trusts, and holding companies.
Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and investment accounts.
  • Liaise with Fund Managers, Bankers and System Administrators to resolve discrepancies.
