About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collection operations, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contact clients via phone to collect outstanding payments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and encourage timely payment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring prompt payment.
About You
  • A minimum of 9 months of experience in collections, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in using dialer technology.
  • Demonstrated account management skills with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing collections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
