Experience in AR/OTCWilling to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon CityWilling to work on night shiftJob Description:Support the establishment of Statement of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLA), while identifying process improvement opportunities and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) requirements.

Engage in client workshops and discussions during Transition/Migration phases, developing L1/L2/L3 process maps to finalize solutions and design. Monitor Knowledge Transfer (KT) progress, ensuring alignment with SOW and identifying potential gaps while collaborating with operations and Transition Manager for a seamless migration. Oversee Transformation and delivery of Service Operations Management (SOM), working with external clients to ensure organization aligns with business benefits.

Conduct data and process analysis, benchmarking against industry standards to identify areas for improvement through reengineering, transformation, or automation. Lead change management efforts, managing multiple organizational change programs to achieve a transformed operating model for clients. Provide operational support during critical situations by resolving issues through Root Cause Analysis, developing alternative solutions, and collaborating with Delivery Leaders to implement service recovery plans with defined timelines.

Present recovery plans to customers to restore confidence and actively participate in the Service Recovery process alongside Delivery Leaders.
