Job Title: Learning Experience Facilitator

This role involves collaborating with experienced trainers to ensure the delivery of engaging and effective training sessions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting new hire classes and contributing to the overall success of our program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Support: Assist trainers in maintaining a productive learning environment by monitoring the classroom, addressing technical concerns, and providing guidance to participants.
  • Participant Engagement: Foster an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual support among participants, ensuring that everyone feels valued and included.
  • Event Coordination: Help minimize disruptions during training sessions by managing audio and video settings, reducing background noise, and facilitating the smooth flow of activities.
Additional Duties:
  • In between training sessions, proctors may take phone calls or participate in professional development opportunities.
  • We encourage our team members to continue learning and growing through leadership development programs.
