We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations
  • Identify the most appropriate and effective delivery mechanisms (e-learning, virtual classroom, face-to-face etc.)
  • Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Visualize instructional graphics and user interface
  • Provide learner interactivity (exercises, activities etc.) that enhance the learning process and learner experience
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course and attainment of knowledge and other specified learner outcomes
  • Maintain project documentation, version control and course folders
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies and multi-media formats
  • Visual design skills
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
  • BA or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field
  • Certification in Instructional Design (preferred)
