Agile Team Facilitator

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Team Facilitator to support our Engineering Teams in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication among team members, guaranteeing everyone is on the same page.
  • Keep all parties informed of project progress and ensure timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Drive agile values, principles, and practices within the organization, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress and tweak Agile practices as needed to facilitate smooth software delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Team Facilitator or in a similar role.
    • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Agile certification (strongly preferred).
