Job Summary

We seek a seasoned real estate analyst to contribute their expertise in financial modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and/or real estate, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong focus on real estate and financial analysis.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in other analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
