Process Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Auditor to join our team in a fast-paced digital content and media services environment. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in evaluating, documenting, and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct audits of operational workflows to assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  2. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and track progress on corrective actions.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to identify areas for process optimization.
  6. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Requirements

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or business process improvement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, process mapping tools, and data analysis software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
