We are currently looking for a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing various business listings and ensuring seamless communication with sellers through professional calls and emails.

- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks and provide executive support as required.
- Prior experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
