Financial Operations Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support financial operations and executive-level administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to manage schedules, communications, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Administrative Duties
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office administration and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage both financial and administrative responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
