We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this challenging and rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in mental health support or counseling.

Familiarity with trauma-informed care and resilience-building programs is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with employees to provide support and guidance.
  • Facilitate small-group sessions to promote team bonding and social connection.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee well-being and resilience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in mental health support or counseling.
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Excellent data management and administrative skills.
  • Ability to engage clients and build trust-based relationships.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural settings is preferred.
