Job Title: Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our team as a Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in psychology, experience in trauma counselling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support, and a valid license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).

Key responsibilities include conducting individual well-being sessions, providing crisis intervention support, delivering group training sessions, and maintaining accurate records of client information and session data.

Other key skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and group facilitation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools, and adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Individual Well-Being Sessions:
    • Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions with employees.
    • Provide same-day crisis intervention support in response to urgent wellbeing needs.
  • Group Sessions:
    • Facilitate monthly small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe space to foster healthy working relationships and social connection.
  • Training & Development:
    • Deliver group training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training.
    • Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats provided by the organization.
