Training & Development Specialist

This role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for staff onboarding and human resources information systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will ensure a seamless employee experience from hire to separation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective training modules for staff at all levels
  • Maintain accurate employee training logs and certifications
  • Administer the HRIS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with department leaders to customize training requirements
  • Develop reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance monitoring

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to facilitate training in person and virtually
  • Strong project management and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or systems administration
