Job Summary:

This is a highly skilled role that requires a deep understanding of human resource principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a college graduate degree in a related field, such as psychology or business, and at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while offering advice and support across all facets of the Human Resource Department. This includes coordinating, implementing, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs, as well as overseeing Human Resources projects and HR Information Systems/databases.

In collaboration with the Human Resource Manager, the successful candidate will handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College Graduate (Psychology, Business, or related field).

  • Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and propose solutions to HR issues.
  • Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation.
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
  • Quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures, adapt to changing priorities and environments.
