Job Opportunity: Family Empowerment Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Empowerment Associate to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of underserved families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Family Support Specialist: Develop and implement personalized support plans for families, ensuring they have access to the resources and care they need.
  • Empowerment Coach: Guide families through challenging times, providing emotional support and advocacy while empowering them to take control of their care.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across Abby Care to advance our mission and improve family outcomes.
  • Community Builder: Coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to one another, and organize events that foster connection, empathy, and empowerment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in social work, case management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience with business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn), with proficiency in spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
