The RoleWe're on the hunt for a Head of Marketing who is both creative and commercial, strategic and hands-on, and most importantly, has a world-class eye for detail and quality. This role involves setting the standard for excellence across all marketing activities, including employer branding, client acquisition campaigns, content marketing, and creative production. You will lead the team, challenge mediocrity, and deliver work that meets international standards, thriving under pressure with passion and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:Creative & Strategic DirectionOwn the marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, social, and campaigns. Drive creative direction with innovative, impactful ideas for promotions, videos, and social media. Develop concepts that challenge conventions and deliver tangible business results.

Ensure content is world-class in execution while fostering bold thinking. Leadership & Performance CultureLead a team of 5 creatives: graphic designers, a copywriter, social media manager, and web developer. Inspire, guide, and hold team members accountable for excellence and efficiency daily.

Foster a fast-paced, energetic environment where creativity and results coexist. Create growth opportunities for team members while maintaining high-quality standards. Execution & DeliveryOversee all marketing outputs to ensure they meet global standards for clarity, creativity, and polish.

Enforce brand and style guidelines without stifling innovation. Streamline processes to balance creativity with speed, adapting to a fast-moving environment. Collaboration & ImpactPartner with the CEO and department heads to align marketing with company goals.

Provide regular updates on performance, projects, and initiatives. Represent marketing confidently in leadership discussions, demonstrating credibility and insight. Join
