This role is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you'll be working with real families facing real human challenges.

As a Healthcare Documentation Specialist, you will:

  • Collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families.
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.
  • Handle a high volume of phone interactions daily while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
