Agile Delivery Professional

We are seeking a skilled Agile Delivery Professional to lead our teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is working efficiently.
    • Presenting clear updates to stakeholders, including executives and clients, to maintain effective communication.
    • Managing multiple concurrent work-streams, applying rigorous change control, and ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
    • Overseeing the delivery P&L, monitoring margin, burn-rate, and revenue recognition, as well as maintaining accurate forecast-to-complete data for every engagement.
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • A Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3-5 years of experience guiding agile teams.
    • Formal project-management accreditation (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent).
    • Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles.
    • Proficient in PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Jira, Azure DevOps).
    • A confident communicator who can effectively interact with developers and C-suite stakeholders.
