Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to oversee our email communications strategy. This individual will focus on delivering measurable results through campaign optimization, content creation, and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in email marketing, deliverability, and campaign strategy. Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management, and proficiency with Google Analytics is required.

This role involves managing email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. The specialist will also implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Excellent English communication skills and regulated industry experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability - Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
  • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
Content & Campaign Creation
  • Create and refine email templates and content.
  • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
  • Run A/B testing across content and design.
  • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns.
Campaign Management & Analytics
  • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
  • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
  • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
  • Provide insights to optimize performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
  • Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
