Marketing Professional - Lifecycle Campaigns Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Professional to spearhead our lifecycle campaigns, focusing on building and optimizing email and SMS strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and customer retention. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, revenue per recipient, and deliverability.
  • Utilize customer data and behavior insights to create personalized messaging and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform developments (Klaviyo & Postscript) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in email/SMS marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo & Postscript.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
  • Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Justuno, OptiMonk, and Privy for list-building and popup management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technical requirements: dual-monitor setup with at least 8GB of RAM and 25 Mbps internet speed.
