Email Marketing Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, retention marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficiency in executing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Proven experience managing teams; prior experience leading remote teams is an advantage.
